Back By Popular Demand: Hammer Gel

After many requests, both in store and over the phone, we've decided to bring back Hammer Gel. For those of you unfamiliar with Hammer Gel, it is an energy fuel made with real fruit and other natural ingredients. One of the best things about Hammer Gel is that it doesn't contain processed sugar so you won't feel the crash of some other energy products. Coming in either single serving packets or 26 serving containers, Hammer Gel can be carried individually or in gel flasks. Because of its thinner consistency, it can also be mixed in water bottles for extended use.

We currently have Rasberry, Vanilla, and Plain flavors in the larger containers. Other sizes and flavors are available to order.

New Arrival: 2007 Shimano Dura-Ace Pedals

Shimano has introduced some big changes to their pedals for 2007. We've had the Ultegra model for a few months now but we finally got a hold of the flagship Dura-Ace model. The new pedals feature an extra-wide platform that reduces lateral rocking for a solid shoe-pedal interface. This allows for better power transfer and a more stable platform. The stainless steel body cover reduces wear compared to the previous styles plastic insert. The Dura-Ace pedals feature a silky smooth 3-bearing axle and adjustable release tension. The pedal/cleat system come in at a svelte 348 grams creating a very light, durable package. Quantities are limited so grab your set while supplies last.

New Arrival: Ergon Performance Grips

There has been quite a bit of talk on the mountain bike scene this season about Ergon Performance grips. The ergonomic design is said to relieve hand numbness by allowing more weight distribution on the bar. All styles use a "lock-on" style attachment which removes any chance of grip rotation. Multiple styles are available, with or without integrated bar ends. Swing in and check them out.
