Livestrong, Ridestrong

The Livestrong ride was a huge success this past Saturday. Over a hundred Omaha cyclists took part in bike rides and enjoyed pancakes from the Pancake Man. Mike, Stacey and crew did a great job getting this event together and we were proud to be a part of it. Keep an eye on the calendar for next years event.

Did anybody see who ran into a very nice young man with a red/orange road bike on the Livestrong ride? I'm getting all of this after the fact, but some guy ran into a very nice young man who had a Trek 1000 I believe. Ended up taco-ing his front wheel and more! The guy wrecked him and then just kept on riding...sad, very sad!

That's never something good to hear. I'll pass the info along to the organizers and promoters of the event so that situation like this can be avoided in the future.

Mike and I were disappointed to hear about the incident. I hope everything is ok.

We also want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting us and would like to thank Trek for supporting us as well.

Anyone wishing to purchase anymore t-shirts can order them by leaving a check at Trek for $12 with you size preference or emailing me at buckphoto@hotmail.com with your order.
Thanks again.

We are looking at the first Saturday in August for next years event.
